At Lina Arango Floral Design, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our everyday flower bouquets. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled and delivered or picked up.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final sale. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or issues arising after delivery due to improper care.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your bouquet upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement bouquet or store credit, at our discretion.
Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or greater value. We always aim to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by recipient unavailability
- Damage occurring after delivery (e.g., exposure to weather if left outside)
Care Responsibility
Flowers are perishable and require proper care. We are not responsible for reduced lifespan due to:
- Lack of water or improper maintenance
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Mishandling after delivery
